Los Pozas, Edward James’ Surrealist Garden
Los Pozas is walking distance from Xilitla, at about 2kms from Hotel Sierra Linda. It is a beautiful garden of sculptures created and designed by Edward James. He wanted to be at one with nature and feel the freedom and openness within the jungle.
A guide takes your through the garden, explaining the features as you explore. We were able to book an English speaking guide was was a novel of information. At the beginning of the tour, he said there are 200 steps up and 200 steps down through the garden…I was too afraid to count…
